Responsibilities

  • Project Management of complex and large-scale Talent Acquisition technology implementations and enhancements.
  • Networking across departments to ensure strong communication and understanding of stakeholder needs.
  • Analyzing data from multiple sources to drive recommendations balancing competing priorities.
  • Applying project management best practices in documentation using tools like Smartsheet and SharePoint.
  • Building and maintaining customer journey mapping.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to prioritize talent acquisition projects.
  • Completing privacy and security assessments required for implementation.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing Paradox and Workday technologies.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in roles of increasing complexity in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing Human Resource and/or Talent Acquisition technology as a project manager.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.
