About the position

As a Senior Project Manager in Talent Acquisition at McKesson, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex technology projects that enhance our talent acquisition processes. You will collaborate with a diverse network of internal and external partners to ensure adherence to technology and best practice processes, ultimately enhancing the customer experience. Success in this role hinges on your ability to lead partnerships and foster collaboration among subject matter experts. You will be expected to navigate ambiguous situations with high-level expectations, demonstrating self-starting capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your expertise in human resources and technology will be crucial as you evaluate new applications, identify system requirements, and recommend suitable alternatives or enhancements. In this hybrid position, you will primarily work from home but will have the flexibility to come into the office as needed. You can be located in various cities, including Irving, TX; Alpharetta, GA; Columbus, OH; Richmond, VA; Montreal, Quebec, or Toronto, Ontario. Your role will involve compiling detailed requirements and presenting system enhancements to various stakeholders, ensuring that all projects align with business outcomes and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and large-scale Talent Acquisition technology implementations and enhancements.
  • Network across departments to ensure strong communication and understanding of influential levers.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs and business outcomes while managing resource allocation and scope creep.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to drive recommendations balancing competing priorities.
  • Apply project management best practices in documentation using tools like Smartsheet and SharePoint.
  • Build and maintain customer journey mapping.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize talent acquisition projects.
  • Complete all privacy and security assessments required for implementation across multiple departments.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing Paradox and Workday technologies.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in increasingly complex roles in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition.
  • At least 2 years of experience in implementing Human Resource and/or Talent Acquisition technology as a project manager.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.
