About the position

The Senior Project/Program Manager will oversee a large tech refresh project involving the migration of legacy F5 load balancers to new infrastructure. This role requires a strong background in Data Center and Networking, specifically in managing projects related to load balancers, circuits, routers, and switches. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring predictable and successful project delivery while coordinating with various business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery.
• Provide a complete view of the overall project to the organization and all stakeholders.
• Engage in project planning activities, including defining the overall scope, creating and maintaining a consolidated timeline, and identifying project dependencies.
• Define project governance outlining roles, responsibilities, and decision rights.
• Ensure success criteria are defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected project outcomes.
• Keep all stakeholders engaged and informed about project progress and expected outcomes.
• Proactively communicate project progress on an ongoing basis, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in Networking and Data Center environments.
• Experience managing projects related to load balancers, circuits, routers, and network technology.
