About the position

The Senior Project Manager will oversee large, complex infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery through defined governance, proactive planning, and effective communication with stakeholders. This role requires a holistic view of the project, maintaining timelines, managing risks, and facilitating alignment among various client business areas to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define project governance, outlining roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and escalation paths.
• Provide a holistic view of the overall project to the organization and all stakeholders.
• Engage in project planning activities, including defining the overall scope, creating and maintaining a consolidated timeline, and identifying project dependencies.
• Implement mechanisms for ongoing project control, such as kick-off meetings, communication plans, and risk management.
• Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery with defined success criteria.
• Keep all stakeholders engaged and informed about project progress and expected outcomes.
• Proactively communicate the project's progress throughout its lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and stakeholders with information for effective decision-making.
• Facilitate alignment among all related client business areas to meet client objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a senior project manager.
• Successful completion of large complex infrastructure projects.
• Ability to define project governance and outline roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and escalation paths.
• Excellent communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and communicate project progress.
