About the position

The Sr Python AI Developer will work collaboratively with clients' technology and business staff to develop and implement complex global applications. This role involves coding, testing, debugging, and documenting applications while negotiating features and priorities to reach consensus with the team and customers. The developer will also lead the development of prototypes and identify problem causality and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client's technology and business staff on a day-to-day basis.
• Code, test, debug, implement, and document complex global applications.
• Negotiate features and associated priorities with the team and customers.
• Develop and/or lead the development of prototypes.
• Identify problem causality, business impact, and root causes.
• Provide solutions for problems related to object identity and error handling.

Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of overall experience in software development.
• 4 - 5 years of strong Python coding skills.
• Strong experience with Python libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.
• Experience with Neo4J and MongoDB.
• Proficiency in Python web development frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience working as part of a scrum team and knowledge of related ceremonies.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding and experience with Gen AI implementations.
• Experience with Langchain, Vector DB, Embeddings, or related frameworks.
• Experience with AI/ML model implementations using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.
• Experience with Chat, IVR, and Banking applications.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud (GCP).
