About the position

We are seeking a talented Sr. Python Developer with expertise in Gen AI and Prompt Engineering to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and integrating AI-driven solutions, utilizing Python and related technologies to create innovative software products that enhance user experience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications leveraging AI-driven technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and integrate Gen AI & Prompt Engineering concepts into software development practices.
• Contribute to the implementation of AI-driven features and functionalities, ensuring high performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to deliver high-quality and efficient software solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, best practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Python Developer with exposure to AI-driven technologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Gen AI & Prompt Engineering concepts and their application in software development.
• Strong understanding of Python programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with machine learning, natural language processing, or related AI domains is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for leveraging AI to create impactful solutions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience synthesizing and prepping training data for lower environments.
• Knowledge of cloud functions to support orchestration of data pipelines and integration with LLM APIs for indexing and embedding.
• Experience invoking LLM API for Generalization and Summarization.
