About the position

The Sr QA Analyst will join a growing team at a large healthcare software company, focusing on delivering and implementing software releases for national clients. The role requires strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn, with extensive training provided. This is an 18-month contract position with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to deliver and implement software releases to national clients.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing of software applications.
• Document issues and provide solutions or remedies for identified problems.
• Work with Oracle DB and other transactional databases to ensure data integrity and functionality.
• Utilize scripting languages such as XML, HTML, JS, VB, C#, and Python for testing purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
• Experience in the Healthcare IT industry, particularly with claims knowledge and testing.
• Proficiency in both manual and automated test execution.
• Ability to document issues and provide effective solutions.
• Experience working with Oracle DB and/or transactional databases.
• Familiarity with XML, HTML, JS, VB, C#, and Python scripting.

• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
• Experience with Selenium for automated testing.
