About the position
The Sr. QA Analyst at OpTech is responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications or products before they reach end users. This role involves conducting quality inspections, audits, and tests, as well as collaborating with various departments to meet quality standards. The position is based in SE Michigan and does not offer relocation assistance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections, audits, and tests to identify defects or issues.
- Review and analyze data, providing accurate feedback.
- Collaborate with different departments to meet quality standards.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields.
- 8 years of experience in quality analysis or other analytic role.
- 3 years of experience with software development methodologies (i.e. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and software process improvement methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Wires and ACH transaction experience.
