About the position

The Senior QA Tester at Electronic Arts is responsible for ensuring the quality of games during production by testing, documenting, and analyzing game features. This role requires a deep understanding of game design and testing methodologies, as well as effective communication skills to collaborate with the development team. The position is temporary for 18 months and is not remote, requiring presence in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities

• Test, document, and analyze games during production.
• Understand game design to ensure features are tested correctly.
• Verify that the quality of the game meets player expectations.
• Collaborate with the development team to share knowledge internally and externally.

Requirements

• Previous QA experience in the gaming industry.
• Experience with collaboration tools.
• Knowledgeable in testing practices and methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal English language skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of testing/planning tools.
• Experience with JIRA or other defect tracking software.
• Knowledge of American Football.
• Familiarity with the Madden franchise.
