The Sr. React Developer position is a critical role within our development team, focusing on delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced, iterative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with formal training or certification and over 8 years of applied experience in the field. This role requires hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability. The candidate will be expected to have advanced experience in designing solutions using programming languages such as React and Java, and will play a key role in managing global teams of developers, providing technical support on a daily basis. In this position, the Sr. React Developer will be responsible for delivering high-quality features into production systems, utilizing automation and continuous delivery methods. A deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is essential, along with proficiency in agile methodologies, including CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security. The candidate should also demonstrate proficiency in various software applications and technical processes within disciplines such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and mobile development. Practical experience in cloud-native environments is highly desirable, as it will contribute to the successful execution of projects and initiatives within the team.
