About the position

The Sr. React JS Developer role at Trident Consulting involves leading the development and integration of applications using React and related technologies. This position requires extensive experience in system architecture, project management, and hands-on development to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations. The developer will work closely with the team to establish standards, manage project timelines, and serve as a subject matter expert in integration protocols.

Responsibilities

• Define the system architecture for integration across diverse system domains.
• Assist the development team in building applications, integration, and reporting solutions.
• Establish development standards and release management processes.
• Design data entities and support the development of protocols for integration needs.
• Devise testing approaches and develop test scripts for system integration testing.
• Review team deliverables to ensure they meet client and contract expectations.
• Implement and enforce high standards for quality deliverables.
• Coordinate analysis and design sessions to define application, data, integration, and reports design.
• Manage project deliverables with respect to quality and timelines.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with all teams for timely completion of activities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for integration protocols across diverse system domains.
• Evaluate various technologies and choose the appropriate stack for project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of technology project implementation experience.
• 10+ years of architect experience.
• 10+ years of demonstrated team/project leadership experience in solution architect or technical lead roles.
• 10+ years of experience in Java reactive programming (React, Node, SQL).
• 5+ years of experience in microservices framework and development.
• Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus architecture and its integration concepts.
• Experience implementing large scale, complex, integration-related projects that are data-intensive.
• Strong communication skills, including customer relationship management and technical documentation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Oracle/JAVA and SQL Server, LINUX.
• Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and integration with BPEL/Webmethod/Informatica environments.
• Experience in testing and performance tuning for UX response time.
