About the position

The Sr. React Developer position involves designing, developing, and implementing custom software and database applications with a focus on collaboration and security best practices. The role requires end-to-end application delivery, including deployment coordination and monitoring application health. The developer will troubleshoot complex issues and ensure quality practices such as unit testing and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom software and database applications with limited oversight.
• Engage in design-related conversations and foster collaboration among teams.
• Build and deploy components as part of the CI/CD process.
• Coordinate with teams for production deployment and ensure end-to-end application delivery.
• Monitor application health and KPIs, supporting triage of production issues as needed.
• Collaborate in troubleshooting complex data, features, and platform issues, performing root cause analysis.
• Advocate for security best practices and accessibility tests within engineering teams.
• Ensure quality practices including unit testing and code reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Frontend Engineering experience with React in complex, enterprise environments.
• Strong experience and proficiency with object-oriented JavaScript.
• Experience working in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in responsive and adaptive UI design and development.
• Experience with UX success factors including accessibility, usability, and aesthetics.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, CSS pre-processors (e.g., SASS, LESS), Service API Caching, Content Management, Web Security, Web Components, Micro-frontends, and Control/Pattern Libraries.
