About the position

Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Senior Full Stack engineer with experience in developing high-performing, scalable enterprise applications. This role involves working closely with product managers, designers, and clients to deliver valuable software solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about writing high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code, and will be part of a team that emphasizes agile practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop elegant and high performant code as part of a team of engineers.
• Ensure quality practices including unit testing and code reviews.
• Optimize applications for non-functional requirements.
• Build and deploy components as part of the CI/CD process.
• Coordinate with required teams for end-to-end application delivery and production deployment.
• Monitor application health and KPIs, and support triage of production issues as needed.
• Collaborate in troubleshooting complex data, features, and platform issues, performing root cause analysis.
• Advocate for security best practices within engineering.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in developing applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API, .NET Core, ADO.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Proven hands-on experience in developing Front end applications using React JS framework with a minimum of 4-5 years.
• Experience in designing and developing .NET Core Microservices and creating complex databases.
• Ability to lead the architecture and development of applications and frameworks.
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies for designing scalable and secure solutions.
• Experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with TIBCO and Salesforce integration in .NET.
• Familiarity with Dev tools like Dynatrace, SonarQube, and Splunk.
