Responsibilities

  • Lead hiring top-talent for high-impact roles across Sales and Marketing in North America.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from building sourcing strategies to closing offers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and shape hiring decisions.
  • Streamline processes and deliver a thoughtful, inclusive candidate experience.
  • Source and engage talent across various channels, including LinkedIn and niche platforms.
  • Build authentic relationships and maintain warm pipelines.
  • Navigate complex challenges and find effective solutions in recruiting.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Take ownership of roles and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Knowledge of recruiting in SaaS Sales and understanding of top-performing salespeople.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to solve problems and manage diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Resourcefulness and organizational skills in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proactive initiative in introducing beneficial projects.
  • Experience or education in inclusive hiring practices.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in diversity recruiting and reducing bias in the hiring process.
  • Familiarity with crafting inclusive job descriptions and guiding structured interviews.
