About the position

The Sr Regional Manager at LensCrafters is responsible for driving sales and profitability across 20-30 retail locations. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience while managing multi-unit operations, including retail, lab, and doctor services. The manager will coach store managers, attract talent, analyze business performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and operational excellence. The position requires a strong emphasis on team development and creating an inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Teaches and coaches Store Manager to achieve goals and foster execution of best practices for growth.
  • Leads teams through effective performance management to ensure goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Attracts and hires high caliber talent to ensure timely filling of positions.
  • Builds a bench of talent internally and externally for future placements.
  • Analyzes the business and communicates clear action plans to optimize results.
  • Leads and drives quality and improvement in the region to deliver on key performance indicators.
  • Manages profits and expenses, ensuring proper usage of company funds.
  • Directs and approves workforce management activities according to brand policies.
  • Manages operational execution and ensures brand standards are met.
  • Ensures protection of company assets and adherence to policies and practices.
  • Models behaviors and is accountable for delivering a consistent patient and customer experience.
  • Inspires team growth through individual development plans.
  • Provides on-the-job training and guidance to Store Managers.
  • Creates an inspiring and inclusive work environment reflective of the brand.
  • Ensures implementation and maintenance of all Company approved safety programs.
  • Works weekends and evenings as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • 5+ years multi-unit retail experience
  • 8+ years management experience
  • Proven track record of delivering positive results and growth
  • Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis
  • Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
  • Strong basic math skills
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
  • Strong command of the English language for correspondence

Nice-to-haves

  • College degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a leadership position within retail or customer service industry
  • Knowledge of basic optics and merchandise
