About the position

The Sr. Regional Marketing Manager at CrowdStrike is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing field campaigns and programs across the NAMER theater. This role focuses on generating new business, driving cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and increasing brand awareness through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing complex marketing programs and executing demand generation activities, while collaborating closely with sales teams and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute field campaigns and programs across segments in the NAMER theater.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Business organization and Field and Channel sales teams to create impactful marketing plans.
  • Drive pipeline, new logo attainment, and revenue growth through marketing programs for mid-market to enterprise segments.
  • Own Stage 1 pipeline generation for the region through marketing mix and collaboration across Sales, SDR, Channels, and Alliances.
  • Coordinate with regional campaigns and product marketing to develop relevant content and integrate calls to action.
  • Work with growth marketing and operations team to segment and target customers for effective marketing delivery.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of progressive experience in developing demand and/or integrated marketing campaigns in a high-tech B2B environment.
  • Experience supporting field sales and partner organizations within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of implementing effective marketing campaigns that generate leads and accelerate pipeline.
  • Strong experience with live and digital marketing activities such as trade shows, virtual events, and email nurture campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
