About the position

The Sr. Regional Marketing Manager at CrowdStrike is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing field campaigns and programs across the NAMER theater. This role involves collaboration with various teams to create impactful marketing plans aimed at generating new business, driving cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and increasing brand awareness through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing complex marketing programs and executing demand generation activities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute field campaigns and programs across NAMER segments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Business organization and Field and Channel sales teams to create marketing plans.
  • Drive pipeline, new logo attainment, and revenue growth through marketing programs.
  • Serve as the voice of marketing in the region, enabling the field on global and theater level programs.
  • Own Stage 1 pipeline generation through collaboration across Sales, SDR, Channels, and Alliances.
  • Coordinate with regional campaigns and product marketing to develop relevant content.
  • Work with growth marketing and operations to segment and target customers.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience in developing demand and integrated marketing campaigns in a high-tech B2B environment.
  • Experience supporting field sales and partner organizations within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of implementing effective marketing campaigns that generate leads and accelerate pipeline.
  • Experience in tracking ROI and analyzing marketing events and metrics.
  • Strong experience with live and digital marketing activities such as trade shows, virtual events, and email campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
