Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on adhesives, polymers, and material science.
  • Industry Experience: 3+ years of industrial experience in adhesive research and development, particularly for consumer electronics or semiconductor assembly applications.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong synthesis expertise in monomers and polymers, focusing on thermoset materials such as acrylics, epoxies, and polyurethanes.
  • Hands-on Analytical Skills: Practical experience in conducting thermal, physical, and mechanical properties characterization, including techniques such as DMA, TMA, Rheology, GPC, and other relevant methods.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Team-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Self-Starter: Highly organized, self-motivated, and action-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in adhesive development, including patents and publications in relevant scientific journals.
