The Sr Real Estate Manager is a key member of Retail Real Estate who is responsible for distribution within a specific geographic area including site selection, negotiations, relocations, renewals, and store closures. This role provides proactive solutions aligned with the business strategy through collaboration, influence, and industry expertise. The Sr Real Estate Manager translates business strategy to real estate strategy and provides guidance and consultation to business partners. The responsibilities include the expansion of retail real estate, optimizing the existing distribution portfolio, reviewing and negotiating renewals of existing stores which aligns with overall business objectives. The manager will develop and manage strategic partnerships with assigned business units, becoming the trusted real estate advisor in the planning process. They will influence decision makers and lead change enabling strategic alignment with enterprise goals. Additionally, the manager will develop credible knowledge of the business including financial drivers, market strategy, and strategic drivers. Proactively providing appropriate real estate solutions based on business goals is essential, as is managing change across the enterprise. The role also involves managing positive impacts to financial performance by translating business strategy into relevant real estate solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Expansion of retail real estate and optimization of existing distribution portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field (Required).
  • 7-10 years related work experience in a real estate client relationship management role.
  • Real Estate experience in retail/restaurant industry strongly preferred.
