About the position

The Sr Revenue Cycle Epic Clarity Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing the revenue cycle processes within healthcare organizations. This position focuses on leveraging Epic Clarity reporting tools to analyze data, improve operational efficiency, and support decision-making processes. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate data reporting and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data from Epic Clarity to support revenue cycle operations.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify reporting needs and develop solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Epic Clarity reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle analysis or related field.
• Proficiency in Epic Clarity reporting tools and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with other Epic modules such as Epic Resolute or Epic Cadence.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools.
