About the position

The Revenue Operations Analyst will focus on optimizing the daily operations of business development, sales, and marketing functions to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role involves analyzing business initiatives and managing sales/CRM tools to provide insights and reporting that support revenue growth and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support daily operations of business development, sales, and marketing.
  • Analyze and advise on improvements in processes and systems to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Revamp and operationalize the B2B Salesforce instance.
  • Design, develop, and deliver robust and scalable reporting in Salesforce.
  • Own and manage sales & marketing tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Hubspot, and LinkedIn SaleNav.
  • Perform analysis on business initiatives to drive actionable insights.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at scaling revenue operations for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Salesforce expert with Salesforce Admin Certification.
  • Experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling Salesforce for B2B environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Ability to build robust, scalable reporting systems that drive business decisions.
  • Skilled in managing and optimizing various sales and marketing tools.
