About the position

The Consultant, Risk Solution Services at Visa plays a crucial role in helping clients manage the risks associated with online payment acceptance. Responsibilities

• Analyze order data to identify emerging fraud trends.
• Develop strategies to mitigate identified fraud trends.
• Work closely with Visa clients to implement risk management strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding risk solutions.
• Drive client revenue optimization through relationship management and strategic alignment.
• Stay current on Visa products and industry trends to provide informed consulting.
• Optimize client acceptance through automation and machine-learning models.
• Manage projects and processes related to risk solutions delivery.
• Utilize Business Intelligence tools to report on client return on investment.
• Educate clients on payment ecosystems and regional risk regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
• Experience in the eCommerce payment industry.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office).
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• 6+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 4+ years with an Advanced Degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD.
• Experience collaborating on enterprise-wide products and projects.
• Experience in providing professional services and solutions delivery.
