About the position

The Consultant, Risk Solution Services at Visa is responsible for helping clients manage the risks associated with online payment acceptance. This role involves analyzing order data to identify fraud trends, developing mitigation strategies, and collaborating with clients to implement these strategies using Visa and industry tools. The consultant will also communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, optimize client acceptance through automation, and provide insights through data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze order data to identify emerging fraud trends.
• Develop strategies to mitigate identified fraud trends.
• Work closely with Visa clients to implement risk management strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal partners regarding portfolio status and upsell opportunities.
• Optimize client acceptance through increased automation and machine-learning models.
• Provide guidance to colleagues and manage projects or processes.
• Utilize Business Intelligence tools to highlight client return on investment.
• Stay current on industry trends and educate clients on payment ecosystems.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 2 years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office).
• Exceptional presentation, consultative, and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 4 years with an Advanced Degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD.
• Experience working in the eCommerce payment industry.
• Experience collaborating on enterprise-wide products and projects.
• Ability to derive insights and action items through analysis.
