About the position

The Sr. SailPoint Identity IIQ Developer will join Ferguson's Identity and Access Management practice, focusing on the creation and maintenance of technical SailPoint functionality. This role involves leading software delivery efforts to implement business-focused solutions in the SailPoint IIQ environment, adhering to established SDLC and CI/CD processes, and providing third-level support for the SailPoint IIQ environment. The position is fully remote and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with functional and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical resource on various initiatives related to SailPoint IIQ.
  • Provide critical development support to the SailPoint IIQ platform.
  • Participate in manual SDLC processes and automated CI/CD elements.
  • Engage in IAM delivery tasks from agile story refinement to object development.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and third-party vendors.
  • Advocate for new/enhanced Identity and Access Management Security services.
  • Document various aspects of Security Service Delivery in support of Service Management Teams.
  • Find opportunities to engage, educate, and coordinate with team members on Security processes.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of relevant technical development experience in Information Security or security-related infrastructure.
  • Four-year degree and at least two years of experience in a relevant development position.
  • Experience using SailPoint IdentityIQ, with relevant certification highly desirable.
  • Ability to work on multi-functional teams and with all levels of the organization.
  • Practical experience in developing with SailPoint IIQ's SSD and SSB is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Git, particularly GitHub and GitHub Actions.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with SailPoint IIQ in a large-scale deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written, oral, instructional, presentation, and social skills.
