About the position

The position involves selling the company's products and services by developing new clients and expanding the client base within specific National Accountant Partnerships. The role serves as the primary contact for both new and existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business results through effective sales strategies and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new clients within specified National Account Partnerships using various marketing methods.
  • Scheduling appointments and visiting potential and current referral sources to secure referrals to end users.
  • Serving as the coordination and communication channel lead for internal Paychex departments.
  • Acting as a liaison with various departments to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Presenting Paychex products and services to decision makers and end users to grow the client base.
  • Analyzing customer needs to determine appropriate products and referring to the necessary parties.
  • Building strong relationships with National Accountant Partnerships to retain and grow the client base.
  • Providing educational marketing and training to National Accounts Partners and field sales representatives.
  • Developing and maintaining advanced technical knowledge of Paychex systems and product offerings.
  • Completing and submitting accurate new business paperwork and forecasts as required.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma - Required
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 3 years of relevant sales/marketing experience.
