About the position

At Fiskars Group, we are unified and driven by our common purpose: pioneering design to make the everyday extraordinary. As a Senior Replenishment Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the supply chain flow and inventory processes for our Walmart and Sam's Club partnerships. Your expertise will directly influence the success of our replenishment strategies and help ensure the right products reach our customers when they need them. This position is based in Bentonville, AR, and offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work three days in the office and two days remotely. In this role, you will oversee and manage supply chain and inventory flow for Walmart and Sam's Club across Fiskars and Outdoor categories. You will provide insightful reporting, analysis, and consumption insights to optimize sales and inventory management. Understanding Walmart's ordering patterns will be crucial as you build accurate demand forecasts. You will maintain key service reliability metrics such as OTIF (On-Time, In-Full), in-stock rates, and fill rates, collaborating with Walmart Replenishment Managers to align strategies that meet both Walmart's and Fiskars' objectives. Your responsibilities will include generating daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports on sales, inventory, fill rates, and OTIF performance. You will work closely with Fiskars' cross-functional supply chain teams to identify opportunities for improvement and manage Supplier One (Item 360) processes, including item maintenance, new item setup, and cost changes. Additionally, you will support day-to-day account functions, manage lead-time audits, supplier closings, and Order Review Day adjustments. Partnering with Fiskars' Sales, Category, and Marketing teams, you will identify and drive strategic sales growth opportunities, diving deep into data using tools like Retail Link, Luminate, and Madrid (Sam's Club) to uncover store-level inventory, replenishment, and forecasting opportunities. Your role will also involve providing critical insights on store capacities, store-of-the-community assortment, online vs. in-store inventory, and tracking new items, analyzing promotional events, and offering recommendations to optimize sales and demand.
