The Sales and Recruiting Professional at Kforce is responsible for delivering strategic and cost-effective solutions to meet clients' business needs. This role emphasizes building genuine relationships with clients, conducting in-person visits, and presenting tailored solutions. The position requires a blend of sales expertise and client interaction, with a focus on fostering a network and tracking market trends to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver creative, strategic, and cost-effective solutions to solve clients' business needs.
  • Develop and foster genuine in-person relationships with clients, becoming their go-to expert.
  • Conduct in-person client visits and presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Participate in customer and networking events, business meetups, and social events.
  • Track and communicate market trends and lead effective strategies.
  • Create and execute sales strategies for existing customers and new business.
  • Partner with organizations to understand their industry's distinct needs.
  • Oversee the identification, qualification, and matching of solutions to meet client needs.
  • Monitor and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of sales-related experience.
  • Experience with client-facing and in-person sales.
  • Strong interest in attending networking events and driving client interaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience in technology, finance, or accounting sectors.
