About the position

As a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst at Docusign, you will be responsible for leading sales compensation excellence reporting for the Global Sales compensation team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to perform complex data modeling and analytics related to sales commissions and incentive programs. You will support the sales compensation team with analysis and reporting, develop compensation models, and present findings to relevant business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex data modeling and analytics related to sales commissions and incentive programs.
  • Support sales compensation team with analysis and reporting to leadership.
  • Develop compensation models to derive useful compensation insights that will drive decision making.
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc analytical requests, summarize results in a concise and effective manner, and present to relevant business partners.

Requirements

  • Basic BA/BS in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation.
  • Experience in sales compensation in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze data and create meaningful, understandable models, reports, metrics, and charts.
  • Strong understanding of G Suite.
  • Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheet proficiency.
  • Experience using common BI tools (Tableau/Snowflake) for analysis and reporting, and proficiency with SQL and relational data.
  • Experience with commissions software tools (Xactly a plus).
  • Familiarity with incentive plan structures, such as bookings and revenue-based incentive plans, quotas, accelerators, pay mix, leverage points, industry standard OTE.
  • Ability to multi-task with limited supervision.
  • Able to assume stretch responsibilities and participate in special projects that advance the function or the team's capabilities.
