The Global Commission team at Trellix is seeking a seasoned business professional for the role of Sr Sales Compensation Analyst. This position is pivotal in the administration of compensation plans and involves evaluating current commission processes to identify redundancies and enhance efficiencies. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for reviewing bookings crediting and commissions for sales teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Corporate Policy and Compensation Plans. The analyst will work closely with Sales Managers, Operations Managers, and Finance Managers to resolve any issues related to bookings crediting and commissions. A significant part of the job involves analyzing credit and commission data weekly to provide insightful reporting on plan attainment. The analyst will also build and design reporting packages for leadership and other stakeholders, utilizing strategic and divergent thinking to identify and define problems, quantify opportunities, and articulate business cases for process improvement and automation. The role requires the analyst to propose future state processes aimed at reducing human processing time and costs, ensuring that all supporting documentation is verified for accurate commission payments. Timeliness is crucial, as the analyst must meet deadlines consistently and perform monthly and quarterly bookings and commission reconciliations. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for responding to sales inquiries promptly, making this a multifaceted role that demands excellent time management and organizational skills.
