About the position

As a CTT business unit member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering customer-centric strategies and experiences that will delight our customers and achieve our growth targets. In this role, you will support sales teams in North and Latin America, assisting them on significant and strategic opportunities as well as promotional initiatives with channel partners. You will develop and maintain metrics to highlight performance and gaps, liaise with customers, sales, and channels to gain a deep understanding of sales, competition, and market issues. Key customer visits on strategic opportunities will be part of your responsibilities, where you will work to resolve customer concerns with product expertise and issue support. You will represent regional market/customer needs to product management in the development of new products and solutions. Additionally, you will build and deliver product training for the sales team and channels, defining regional needs for sales enablement tools by working closely with product management and marketing. Crafting sales and communication tools to increase efficiency and leading in regional tradeshows and sales meetings to facilitate growth objectives of the product line will also be essential parts of your role.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales teams in North and Latin America on significant and strategic opportunities and promotional initiatives with channel partners.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Biology, Bioscience, Business or equivalent experience; advanced degree is considered advantageous.
  • 3+ years' experience in sales or marketing in laboratory equipment or life science industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within a region or product line with analytical abilities to draw conclusions from sales and market trends.
  • Proven excellence in oral and written communication skills, training, and public speaking experience.
