Transworld Systems, Inc. (TSI) is seeking a Senior Sales Director for our Business Development - BPO / ARM Division. This remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, plus commission and bonuses. TSI has been a leader in the business process outsourcing industry for over 40 years, providing services such as accounts receivable management, customer relationship management, and back-office services to a diverse clientele of 60,000 clients. The Senior Sales Director will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing new client relationships while ensuring a top-level client experience. In this role, the Senior Sales Director will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline and network to source new clients, achieving annual sales growth objectives. The position requires proactive prospecting of current clients to identify opportunities for additional business and cross-selling across organizational service offerings. The successful candidate will also oversee organizational effectiveness and management development, ensuring that the company’s core content is improved through effective leadership. The Senior Sales Director will be expected to attract and retain clients by creating innovative outreach strategies and will work closely with staff to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through to delivery and needs assessment. Additionally, the role involves leading discussions on responses to potential client requests for proposals, developing lead generation campaigns, and presenting regular updates on sales targets to management. The candidate must possess a strong understanding of TSI policies and procedures and be able to make recommendations for improving sales processes.
