About the position

Transworld Systems, Inc. (TSI) is seeking a Senior Sales Director for our Business Development - BPO / ARM Division. This remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, plus commission and bonuses. TSI has been a leader in the business process outsourcing industry for over 40 years, providing services such as accounts receivable management, customer relationship management, and back-office services to a diverse clientele of 60,000 clients. The Senior Sales Director will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing new client relationships while ensuring a top-level client experience. In this role, the Senior Sales Director will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline and network to source new clients, achieving annual sales growth objectives. The position requires proactive prospecting of current clients to identify opportunities for additional business and cross-selling across organizational service offerings. The successful candidate will also oversee organizational effectiveness and management development, ensuring that the company’s core content is improved through effective leadership. The Senior Sales Director will be expected to attract and retain clients by creating innovative outreach strategies and will work closely with staff to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through to delivery and needs assessment. Additionally, the role involves leading discussions on responses to potential client requests for proposals, developing lead generation campaigns, and presenting regular updates on sales targets to management. The candidate must possess a strong understanding of TSI policies and procedures and be able to make recommendations for improving sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong pipeline and networks towards sourcing for new clients to achieve annual sales growth objectives
  • Prospect current clients under individual account ownership for opportunities to secure additional new business, growth or promote cross selling across organizational service offerings
  • Identify and develop resources relevant to business development and sales goals
  • Sell the ideals and services of the business organization to improve on sales generation
  • Oversee the organizational effectiveness, management development, and leadership development of the organization towards improving the core content of the company
  • Liaise with members of staff to ensure top level client experience in all cases of client interactions from follow up to delivery and needs assessment
  • Attract, as well as retain clients by developing highly creative outreach strategies
  • Work in line with the operational procedures of the organization towards its revenue generation and sales growth goals
  • Actively participate and lead discussions regarding responses to potential client request for proposals including sourcing the advance development of intel on the opportunities, pricing strategies, win themes, etc.
  • Develop and drive lead generation campaigns, social media posts, blogs and efforts to prospect new clients
  • Present regular updates on progress towards sales targets and goals to various members of management throughout the business
  • Knowledge, understanding and compliance with TSI policies and procedures
  • Make recommendations to improve sales procedures and processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales or business related fields of study
  • 5-10 years in client relationship management, professional services, business development, Human Resources and ARM/CX BPO sales
  • Strong leadership capability and individual drive/motivation
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to grow and maintain relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds
  • Possession of good sense of humor
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
