About the position

The Sr. Sales Enablement Manager is a pivotal role responsible for managing the operations of our Strategic accounts, ensuring flawless execution on all new product launches, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. The individual in this position will work closely with the Sales team from product innovation through the entire product life cycle, including marketing communication and management of accounts and their selected products. The primary goal is to ensure that we are the easiest partner to do business with at all times. This role encompasses managing all pricing and customer service issues between customers, the salesforce, and other departments, as well as modifying price agreements and conducting product and program analysis. In this role, the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager will manage Product Line reviews for strategic accounts, including buying groups and home centers, in conjunction with sales. This includes assessing new product development, pulling sales data by SKU for analysis, and preparing customer presentations and program documentation. The manager will coordinate product selection and development to provide customers with a competitive product assortment that drives sales growth. Additionally, the role involves creating mock-ups, displays, reports, and presentations for product line reviews or as needed by sales partners. The responsibilities extend to organizing and managing details for Buying group conventions or Home center managers' meetings, including event schedules, hotel arrangements, and sample management. The manager will also oversee the ordering of samples for display during shows, coordinating with the sample merchandising manager, and managing the logistics of furniture, fixtures, and installation crews. Furthermore, the role requires managing new product rollouts for each account, including labeling, SKU and UPC information, and private label details, in collaboration with various teams. The Sr. Sales Enablement Manager will also develop and maintain pricing information for each Strategic Account in Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate and effective use by the sales field. This includes managing sample inventory within targeted guidelines, creating and managing monthly and yearly sample budget reports, and establishing product specification information. The role demands strong communication with outside vendors and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers to drive results and accountability. Overall, the position is crucial for ensuring a positive customer experience for national accounts and involves coordinating mill tours, product line reviews, and other customer visits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Product Line reviews for strategic accounts, including new product development assessments and customer presentations.
  • Coordinate product selection and development to provide a competitive product assortment that drives sales growth.
  • Create mock-ups, displays, reports, and presentations for product line reviews as needed by sales partners.
  • Organize and manage details for Buying group conventions or Home center managers' meetings, including event schedules and hotel arrangements.
  • Order samples for display during shows and coordinate with the sample merchandising manager.
  • Manage all new product rollouts for each account, including labeling and SKU information.
  • Work closely with sample merchandising managers and outside suppliers to develop samples and display vehicles.
  • Coordinate with marketing, training, and media teams to develop promotional materials and videos for customers.
  • Develop and maintain pricing information for each Strategic Account in Salesforce.com.
  • Manage sample inventory for each Strategic account within targeted guidelines and maximize growth potential.
  • Create and manage monthly and yearly sample budget reports for customers and senior management.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with outside vendors and internal teams to drive results.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of customer business practices and operational deadlines.
  • Create product lists and maintain confidential paperwork including contracts and pricing information.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated skills and ability to utilize relevant technology, including proficiency in Office productivity software and Shaw systems such as Vista, QlikView, Salesforce, and InfoView.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external customers at various levels in the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
  • Superior customer service skills with clear, concise written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify root cause issues and solutions.
  • Ability to travel to corporate events, PLR's, conventions, and store training throughout the US.
