About the position

The Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager is an individual contributor role focused on developing and implementing sales enablement strategies for Trimble's AECO product line. This position collaborates with various leaders across the organization to enhance sales performance through effective training and enablement programs. The ultimate goal is to equip the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully position products and win deals, thereby increasing overall sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies and plans for Trimble's AECO product line.
  • Create learning programs to enhance product and foundational knowledge for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders, Product Marketing, and other Sales Enablement Program Managers to align enablement with sales goals.
  • Conduct needs analysis to define strategy and content for training programs.
  • Design and develop training and assessment materials for various delivery formats, including instructor-led and e-learning.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Utilize sales technologies to influence enablement tools and strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or learning & development, preferably in a hardware or software company.
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage complex global programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related discipline.
  • Experience designing and implementing training programs within a sales environment.
  • Knowledge of the ADDIE model and experience in all its elements.
  • Proficiency in using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with multiple learning management systems and/or sales enablement platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM management systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience developing enablement for specific products and industries.
