About the position

The Senior Sales Executive for Growth AI Initiatives is responsible for driving sales of complex software solutions within the legal, government, and corporate sectors. This role requires a consultative selling approach to engage C-level executives and promote AI solutions, leveraging a strong background in software sales and enterprise-level engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of AI solutions to C-level executives in the legal and government sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively communicate the value of complex software solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client requirements and market trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment to C-level players.
  • Proven experience in software sales is a must; technology inquisitive mindset is essential.
  • Enterprise sales experience is a plus due to the complexity of the sales process.
  • Experience selling AI solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques.
  • Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation.
  • Excellent communication and closing skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office and internet applications.
  • Strong knowledge and background in the legal profession and/or legal publishing industry is a plus.
  • Proficient database management skills.
