About the position

The Sr. SalesForce Developer (Service Cloud) position is a full-time role based in Plano, TX, requiring on-site presence. The ideal candidate must possess Salesforce Developer I and II certifications obtained on or before 2021. This role demands extensive hands-on experience with APEX coding, API integration, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. A strong background in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud is essential, along with Salesforce certification in Community/Experience Cloud. The candidate will be expected to demonstrate expertise in Service Cloud-specific features such as Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Assignment Rules, Entitlement, and Milestone management. A solid understanding of the CRM application, particularly Salesforce development, is crucial. The developer will be responsible for building code according to technical specifications, detailed design, maintainability, and coding efficiency standards. Additionally, the role requires good knowledge of Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, and Schedulers, as well as integration experience using REST and SOAP. The candidate should have expertise in Lightning and LWC, and experience working within agile product environments. Responsibilities also include conducting technical walk-throughs, code reviews, and periodic developer evaluations, as well as providing inputs to testing strategies, configuration, and deployment. The developer will support the resolution of defects during application testing phases and will be involved in Salesforce development and integration with third-party services. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively consult with clients on Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

Requirements
