About the position

The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst at Bosch Mobility Aftermarket is responsible for managing North American customer master data and governance, ensuring alignment with Bosch's global governance principles. This role involves maintaining data accuracy, conducting audits, collaborating with various departments, and generating reports to support decision-making. The analyst will also handle contract management, rebate agreements, and incentive program data analysis, while identifying opportunities for process improvements and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage North American customer master data and governance functions.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data maintenance.
  • Conduct regular audits and cleanse data to resolve discrepancies and standardize fields across systems.
  • Collaborate with departments such as sales, customer service, finance, and IT to align customer data with business processes.
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis to provide insights on customer data quality and trends.
  • Investigate and resolve data-related issues in collaboration with IT and business users.
  • Oversee contract management, ensuring completeness, compliance, and accuracy of contracts.
  • Maintain contracts to track the status of agreements appropriately.
  • Manage setup and maintenance of rebate agreements within relevant systems.
  • Analyze customer incentive program data to identify trends and reconcile rebate accruals as needed.
  • Engage with business sponsors and operational teams to execute incentive program payments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to clarify rebate terms and conditions, analyzing claims according to policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and industry regulations, maintaining documentation for audits.
  • Provide consultancy for system/process integration and optimizations with customers in North America.
  • Create and maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and business rules for reference and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or a similar qualification required.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business/sales operations and/or customer data management roles.
  • Experience with data analysis, finance, accounting, and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, CRM).
  • Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, data visualization tools).
  • Strong SAP experience preferred, with strong SAP BW and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Business acumen with strong statistical and analytical skills.
  • Strong process improvement facilitation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in sales operations, system modules, system interactions, and dependencies.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering data, structuring analysis, synthesizing results, and presenting conclusions and recommendations.
