This individual will be a member of a team responsible for providing sales operations support to various portions of the sales organization globally, specifically supporting the Genetic Sciences Division (GSD) and Clinical Next-Gen Sequencing Division (CSD) organizations. The role encompasses a variety of activities including reporting, analytics, program tracking, performance dashboards, account level business reviews, and other sales operations related functions as needed. This position is aligned to a Senior Sales Operations Leader who supports the GSD/CSD Division within LSG. While the primary focus will be on supporting a specific group within the organization, the individual may also be required to assist other functions based on business requirements and workload. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with various departments including Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations/Pricing, Compensation, IT/CRM, and multiple Business Units. The individual will engage directly with Sales to drive strategic account planning and provide recommendations for decision-making. Additionally, they will present findings and insights to business leaders within Thermo Fisher Scientific.
