The Strategic Account Services (SAS) organization at Amazon is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience by collaborating directly with Selling Partners. We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment data strategy. This position involves developing robust data infrastructure, leading improvements in data processes and reporting, and driving data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will support the Seller Recruitment and Experience Operations (SREO) team on various data workstreams. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, be resourceful, customer-focused, and team-oriented, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. A proven history of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the data strategy for the entire Sales to onboarding experience, building a sales data infrastructure that supports multiple products and recruitment cycles, and creating data standardization across the Sales organization. You will also implement data processes and automation within our CRM systems and centralize reporting to create a single source of truth for our internal customers. This position requires direct interaction with business customers, gathering requirements, and delivering comprehensive data solutions. You will establish scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale data analyses and ensure data governance for the sales organization. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Business Intelligence (BI) and operations teams to develop scalable data infrastructure solutions and participate in business reviews, annual planning, and goal-setting exercises.

Responsibilities

  • Define data strategy for end-to-end Sales to onboarding experience
  • Build sales data infrastructure to support multiple products, programs, and recruitment cycles
  • Create data standardization across the Sales organization
  • Implement data processes and automation in CRM
  • Centralize reporting and create single-source of truth for internal customers
  • Directly interface with business customers (sales and operations), gathering requirements and delivering complete data solutions
  • Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses
  • Data governance for the sales organization
  • Work closely with BI and operations to build scalable data infrastructure solutions
  • Participate and support business reviews, annual planning and goal setting exercises.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • 7+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Experience with SQL
