This remote position requires the candidate to work from home within the contiguous United States, with minimal travel expected. The ideal candidate will possess strong business insight, excellent analytical and technical skills, and a collaborative mindset. They will be responsible for leading and maintaining comprehensive reporting to meet the needs of commercial teams, ensuring that all sales data is accurate, consistent, and actionable. In this role, the Sales Operations Analyst will translate the business needs of sales leaders and internal partners into professional reporting formats and dashboards that provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations. They will analyze sales trends and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making and identify new selling opportunities. The analyst will also develop and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards using PowerBI, employing advanced analytics and visualization techniques to enhance data processing and analytics capabilities related to sales metrics. Additionally, the analyst will design and implement sophisticated ad hoc reporting solutions to support field-based sales teams and senior leadership, addressing business questions and providing data-driven solutions. They will ensure the integrity and efficiency of Salesforce data, implementing effective data governance practices and data quality controls. Building positive relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams is essential, as is providing comprehensive training documentation and delivering training sessions to promote data literacy across the organization.
