About the position

The Sr Sales Staff Manager at GE Healthcare is a customer-facing leadership role responsible for driving business success through effective management of direct sales staff. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage direct sales staff, setting vision and operational strategies.
  • Achieve operational performance across products, services, and solutions within a designated geographic area.
  • Develop specialized knowledge of commercial developments and conduct high-level data analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Utilize strong executive presence and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of best practices and market competition to drive team performance.
  • Make informed decisions and solve complex problems related to sales processes and customer engagement.
  • Provide innovative perspectives on existing solutions and support recommendations with data analysis.
  • Foster a competitive mindset within the team to exceed performance expectations.
  • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in medical sales, healthcare marketing, clinical/technical expertise, or hospital administration in imaging, or 8+ years in medical sales.
  • Experience presenting complex information to decision-makers at the C-Suite level.
  • Must reside in the territory and be willing to travel.
