The trainer will create and conduct training programs that not only meet onboarding goals but also enhance employee retention by fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. The Sr. Sales Trainer will also engage in various activities to drive revenue generation, such as sharing best practices among local market groups and conducting training sessions based on company goals and strategies. They will be responsible for authoring and conducting product update and roll-out training, identifying unique learning opportunities to help sales teams exceed their sales goals, and providing ongoing sales coaching based on identified gaps within the sales team. Building strong working relationships with Market Sales leaders and participating in sales calls to provide coaching and feedback will be key components of this role.
