About the position
The Sr Salesforce Business Analyst/Product Owner at SPAR is responsible for driving the delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions, particularly in the healthcare sector. This role involves collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that projects are completed on time and exceed client expectations. The position emphasizes consultative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead projects effectively while fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Interface and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to clarify and document project requirements.
- Develop functional and technical solutions that align with customer needs and communicate solution options both verbally and visually.
- Develop required project documentation and deliverables.
- Facilitate client and internal meetings, proactively take ownership of tasks and communications.
- Support the project team to ensure that solutions are fully tested, delivered on time and on budget, and exceed customer expectations.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
- Own and manage the Salesforce product portfolio sprint backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and full at all times.
- Support the end-to-end product management process from idea generation to delivery.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience
- Experience with integrations/middleware tools and BI/Analytics solutions
- Experience communicating and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, defining business requirements and creating detailed system/functional design documents
- Salesforce Certifications Preferred
- 3+ years of experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
