About The Position
The Sr Salesforce Solution Developer at Pennymac is a pivotal role that encompasses the full lifecycle of Salesforce solutions, ensuring system integrity and scalability. This position requires a deep understanding of enterprise data and systems, combined with robust business acumen to evaluate, propose, design, develop, and implement solutions that align with the company's business objectives. The architect will play a crucial role in driving significant business value through existing and new projects, particularly in enhancing sales and marketing success. In this role, the developer will perform system administration and declarative automation, review the impact of Salesforce seasonal releases, and design innovative Salesforce solutions that integrate seamlessly with other systems. The architect will lead Salesforce projects, ensuring that the architecture is scalable and future-proof, while collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time. Additionally, the developer will offer strategic guidance and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and trends to enhance service offerings and practice development. Mentorship and architectural expertise will also be provided to other team members, working closely with product teams to define and refine requirements.
