About the position
The Sr. Salesforce Developer will leverage their extensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to design and implement optimal solutions using both out-of-the-box configurations and custom development. This role is critical in enhancing the functionality of Salesforce applications, particularly within Service Cloud, while also supporting Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud as needed.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions using Salesforce configurations and custom development.
- Develop and support Lightning Web Components and the Aura framework.
- Utilize advanced APEX language, SOQL, and SOSL for development tasks.
- Create and manage APEX triggers, batch classes, and scheduled classes.
- Implement and manage VisualForce pages and components.
- Ensure secure programming practices within the Salesforce platform.
- Utilize Salesforce APIs for integration and data management.
- Manage source control processes using Git, including pull request reviews and branch management.
- Work within a CI/CD environment using tools like Copado.
- Troubleshoot and isolate root causes in Salesforce applications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer and admin, particularly in Service Cloud.
- Advanced knowledge of APEX language, SOQL, SOSL, and APEX triggers.
- In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components and the Aura framework.
- Intermediate knowledge of VisualForce pages and components.
- Advanced understanding of Salesforce user security and access management.
- Experience with data modeling and flows in Salesforce.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP API concepts and integration patterns.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development methodologies, particularly SAFe framework.
