Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and integrations with other systems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the Salesforce platform, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and security.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce customizations and integrations to ensure quality and stability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions and provide training to end-users.
• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Explore and recommend new technologies to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
• Guide and mentor junior Salesforce developers, fostering their growth and development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and administration.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) are highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and/or Mulesoft.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
