About the position

The Sr. Salesforce NCino Developer will be aligned with a long-standing client in the Banking and Financial Services industry, focusing on Enterprise Risk Management. This role involves working on credit, market, operational risk, and data quality improvement initiatives, requiring knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of nCino Bank Operating System applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Architect (Preferred), or equivalent certifications.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce customization, including workflows, process builder, and advanced reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
