The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience specifically in Salesforce Sales Cloud development, showcasing a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and best practices. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning, as well as declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builder. Your proficiency in these areas will enable you to design and implement robust solutions that meet complex business requirements. You will also be expected to integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across platforms. Data management is a key aspect of this position, and you will be tasked with overseeing data migration processes, utilizing ETL tools, and maintaining data integrity within Salesforce. Your analytical skills will be essential in translating complex business needs into scalable and maintainable solutions. Additionally, strong communication skills are a must, as you will need to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Responsibilities

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud development and implementation.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder).
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification is required.
- Strong experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce data management, including data migration and ETL tools.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design scalable, maintainable solutions within Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
