About the position

As a Senior SAP VISTEX Business Systems Analyst at Qorvo, you will play a pivotal role in the business transformation initiatives leveraging SAP S/4 HANA, specifically focusing on the Vistex Pricing and Channel Management solution. This position is designed for an experienced IT professional who can contribute significantly to the Enterprise Order to Cash processes and the overall Vistex solution. You will be responsible for spearheading the design, build, deployment, and support of order to cash processes, particularly in channel management, ensuring that the business transformation aligns with the latest technological advancements in SAP S/4 HANA (V/4). In this role, you will collaborate closely with business partners to understand their requirements and provide optimal and scalable SAP solution options. Your ability to work with cross-functional teams from both business and IT will be crucial in identifying, designing, building, and implementing complex end-to-end scalable solutions. You will translate both non-functional and functional requirements into comprehensive solution designs, leveraging best practices to minimize customizations. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and reviewing quality documentation that captures essential business processes, including Business Process Documents, Business Process Flows, Fit-Gap Analysis, Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs), Functional Specifications, and strategy documents to support cutover, testing, data migration, security, and deployment. You will champion the BDAT methodology (Business Process > DATA > Application > Technology) and drive the use of standard out-of-the-box commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) system options. Establishing business process framework standards supported by an enterprise BPMN tool like Signavio Process Modeling will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve working closely with AMS partners to maintain the SAP platform and adopting Qorvo's lean principles to establish KPIs and systematic problem-solving approaches that lead to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design, build, deploy and support of order to cash, Vistex processes especially dealing with channel management support of the business transformation leveraging SAP S/4 HANA (V/4) technology.
• Work closely with business partners to understand their requirements and provide optimal and scalable SAP solution options.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams from business and IT to identify, design, build and implement complex end-to-end scalable solutions.
• Translate non-functional and functional requirements into end-to-end solution design leveraging fit to standard and best practices minimizing customizations.
• Diligently review and create quality documentation to capture: Business processes documents, Business process flows, Fit-Gap analysis, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTMs), Functional Specs and strategy documents to support cutover, testing, data migration, security and deployment.
• Champion BDAT methodology (Business Process > DATA> Application > Technology) and drive standard out of box COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) system options.
• Establish business process framework standards (APQC, SCOR etc..) supported by an enterprise BPMN tool like Signavio Process modeling.
• Work closely with AMS partners to run and maintain the SAP platform.
• Adopt and adhere to Qorvo lean principles using standard processes, establish KPIs, systematic problem solving leading to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business.
• 12+ years of cumulative hands-on work experience in SAP Vistex, Incentive Administration, Bill Back and Charge Back, DMP, DMR modules.
• End to end SAP V/4 HANA greenfield implementation in support of a business transformation for a large global organization is a huge plus.
• Expert in configuring, implementing, and testing of SAP Vistex product includes various applications such as Agreements/Deals, Claims/Transaction, Billbacks, Chargebacks, Sales Rebates, Sales Incentives and Data Maintenance to validate and verify application functionality and performance.
• Proven experience in designing and building fit to standard solutions with minimal customizations.
• Expertise in SD and Pricing Configurations and Transactions.
• Must have used all Standard SD, MM, FI, Pricing transactions.
• Hands-on integration experience with industry best practices between SAP S/4 Hana to other connected systems like Sales force.
• Solid SDLC experience using Agile Methodology supported IT processes related to Demand Management, Change management and Release Management.
• High Tech semiconductor experience will be highly preferred.
• Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in a support and project-based work environment.
• Excellent team player who can work with minimal supervision.
