Responsibilities

• Lead Agile teams in the application of Scrum principles and practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality products by removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Coach team members on Agile practices and principles to enhance their understanding and execution.
• Work closely with product owners to refine user stories and ensure a well-defined backlog.

• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar Agile role.
• Experience in delivering several epics, releases, and versions in an Agile environment.
• Programming or development experience preferred.
• Experience implementing best practices and standards in Agile product development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to earn trust and challenge the team to improve.
