About the position

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in a contingent resource assignment. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in Agile and Scrum practices who enjoys working on complex projects and contributing to the overall success of initiatives and data governance experience. As a Scrum Master, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile frameworks. You will also contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables, ensuring alignment with client and business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complexities of project management and ensuring that all Scrum processes are adhered to effectively. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing moderately complex challenges, which will require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. You will resolve these challenges by collaborating with cross-functional teams and client personnel, leveraging your strong understanding of Scrum functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Acting as a liaison between the Scrum team and stakeholders, you will ensure smooth project delivery and progress, facilitating communication and collaboration across all parties involved. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our Agile initiatives and ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Consult on or actively participate in moderately complex Scrum or Agile initiatives.
• Contribute to large-scale planning, ensuring that Scrum Master deliverables are met.
• Review and analyze moderately complex challenges, requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Resolve moderately complex issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams and client personnel.
• Leverage a strong understanding of Scrum functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Act as a liaison between the Scrum team and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and progress.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Scrum or Agile methodologies, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military, or education.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve Scrum Master challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with client personnel and internal teams.
